Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intense, four day leadership training program for high school students who are chosen for their leadership potential.

What is RYLA about?

Rotary’s goal is to develop the next generation of leaders, providing fundamentals to make the world a better place and make peace a priority.
